HERE ARE THE NAMES & CHARGES OF THE AT LEAST FIFTY-FOUR (54) PEOPLE (53 OFFENDERS, ONE WEEKENDER) ARRESTED AND WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN MARTIN COUNTY OR ANY MARTIN COUNTY CITIZENS ARRESTED BY A POLICE AGENCY IN NEIGHBORING JURISDICTIONS FOR JUNE 1-30, 2020:

Booth, 23, of Beauty, Kentucky; was arrested on June 24,2020, at 6:23 P.M., by trooper Dustin Thompson, of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., and was charged with, via a grand jury indictment: • USE OF A MINOR (UNDER/16) IN A SEX PERFORMANCE, • PROHIBITED USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION SYSTEM TO PROCURE MINOR/PEACEFUL OFFENSIVE RECORDING: SEX OFFENSES, • POSSESS/VIEW MATTER PORTRAY SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY MINOR.

 

Clistie M. Trivett, 47, of Warfield ,Kentucky; was arrested on June 24, 2020, at 7:14 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT. The bench warrant was from out of Pike County, Kentucky.

 

Ailisa Hendericks, 22, of Williamson, West Virginia; was arrested on June 25, 2020, at 12:39 A.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF FORGED INSTRUMENT 1ST DEGREE (IDENTIFY).

Cecil Ray Diamond, 39, of Williamson, West Virginia; was arrested on June 25, 2020, at 12:50 A.M., by deputy David Adams,of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED, • GIVING OFFICER FALSE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, • SERVING FOUR BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT. The four bench warrants were from out of Pike County Kentucky.

Christopher Todd Gamble, 34, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on June 29,2020,at 1:50 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department and was charged with, via a grand jury indictment: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALC/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE,• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE,1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED, • PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE.
