THERE HAVE BEEN 29 ARRESTS IN JOHNSON COUNTY SINCE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE 15 (TWENTY-EIGHT ‘OFFENDERS’, 1 CONTEMPT GUILTY PLEA SERVING SENTENCE); OUT OF THE TOTAL OF 106 PRISONERS FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, AND MARTIN COUNTIES,& OTHERS, COMBINED BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE FROM JUNE 15 TO THRU TO 3:00 P.M. JUNE 26:

James D. Patrick, 40, of Staffordsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 15, 2020, at 2:21 P.M., by trooper Tracy Salyer, of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, Kentucky; & was charged with:

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE).

Christopher Fraley, 45, of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; was arrested on June 15, 2020, at 7:13 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville,Kentucky;& was charged with:

• NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES OR FINES.

Aaron Jude, 24, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 16, 2020, at 10:39 P.M., by trooper Joseph E. Weddington, of the Kentucky State Police,Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., and was charged with:

• TWO SEPARATE FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED.

Camillia P. Brewer, 23, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on June 16, 2020, at 10:39 P.M., by trooper Joseph E. Weddington, of the Kentucky State Police,Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., and was charged with:

• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE.

Charles Allen Chandler Sr., 51, of Salyersville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 17, 2020, at 5:06 P.M., by deputy Jeffrey R. Castle, of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE)-[2 SEPARATE CHARGE COUNTS),

• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (> OR = 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE),

• PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER I (2 SEPARATE CHARGE COUNTS).

 

Joseph Todd Whitman, 41, of Sitka, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2020, at 5:28 P.M., by officer Zach Stapleton, of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.

James A. Barker, 28, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2020, at 12:23 A.M., by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:

• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE),

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT,2ND DEGREE,

• CRIMINAL LITTERING,

• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE

Joshua E. Neukam, 36, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2020, at 3:21 A.M., by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE

 

Joshua E. Neukam, 36, of Paintsville,Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2020, at 4:31 P.M.,by trooper Zachary Haney, of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.

Adam D. Rohr. 30, of Boons Camp, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2020, at 5:58 P.M., by deputy William Meade, of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (> = 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE),

• TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA ( 8 OZ TO < 5 LBS.) 1ST OFFENSE.

Leonard R. Blair, 29, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2020, at 8:10 P.M., by trooper Dustin Thompson, of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION AUTO – $10,000 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$1,000,000,

• PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER I .

 

Melissa Sue Wagoner, 44, of Sitka, Kentucky; was arrested on June 18, 2020, at 10:58 P.M.,by trooper Dustin Thompson, of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Randy Burke, 49, of Sitka, Kentucky; was arrested on June 19, 2020, at 11:56 A.M., by deputy Wright of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE.

Alice Lucas, 30, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on June 19, 2020, at 12:50 P.M., by a deputy of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

 

Jennifer Nicole Arms, 34, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 20, 2020, at 12:40 A.M., by deputy Michael Scott, of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE,

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT.

 

Coty Lee Sparks, 32, address unknown; was arrested on June 20, 2020, at 1:11 A.M., by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:

• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).

 

Ricky L. Goble, 56, of Hueysville, Kentucky; was taken into custody on June 20, 2020, at 4:48 A.M., by the Johnson County Sheriff Department,to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:

CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

Zachariah Froschauer, 30, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 20, 2020, at 4:48 P.M., by a deputy of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINORi iNJURY).

Courtney Conley, 27, of Wittensville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 20,2020, at 5:06 P.M., by deputy Jeffrey R. Castle, of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Lenzie Blanton, 62, of Oil Springs, Kentucky; was arrested on June 21, 2020, at 10:58 P.M.,by trooper Dustin Thompson, of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., & was charged with:

• WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE,

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY),

• TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE,

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE.

 

Derek M. Preece, 35, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 21, 2020, at 11:14 A.M., by Captain Jonathan Holbrook, of the Paintsville Police Department,& was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 1ST DEGREE – DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.

 

Rhiannon J. Butcher, 26, of Wittensville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 22, 2020, at 2:38 A.M., by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:

• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE),

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.

Charlotte K. Ward, 43, of Tutor Key, Kentucky; was arrested on June 22, 2020, at 7:53 A.M., by deputy Wright of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE,

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

 

James Fields, 47, of Sitka, Kentucky; was arrested on June 22, 2020, at 11:23 A.M., by a deputy of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• INTENT DEFRAUD/SCHEME/ARTIFICE TO OBTAIN BENEFITS > $10,000.

 

Misty Fields, 46, of Sitka, Kentucky; was arrested on June 22, 2020, at 11:31 A.M., by a deputy of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• INTENT DEFRAUD/SCHEME/ARTIFICE TO OBTAIN BENEFITS > $10,000.

Alexander K. Fitzpatrick, 19, of Salyersville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 22,2020, at 1:03 P.M., by officer Brian Runyon, of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Alesha A. Gamble, 32, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 23, 2020, at 4:54 A.M., by officer Jeremy Shepherd, of the Paintsville Police Department, & was charged with:

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE,

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

 

David M. Meek, 33, of Hagerhill, Kentucky; was arrested in Lawrence County, on June 23, 2020, at 11:27 A.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/ POSSESS,

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR MISDEMEANOR OFFENSE).

 

Nicole L. Maynard, 41, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on June 26, 2020, at 2:56 P.M., by deputy Jeffrey R. Castle, of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
