4.B. Emergency Leave Response Actions due to COVID-19 in-person school closure enacted as an emergency situation allowed by Board Policy: 01.5 School Board Policies

4.B.1. Approve to amend Board Policies 03.1236 and 03.2236 to reflect that approval and requests be made through the superintendent or designee for COVID-19 emergency leave

4.B.2. Approve to extend the number of days of emergency leave, related to the COVID-19 in-person school closure, under SB 177 up to 77 days for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year

4.B.3. Approve to waive affidavit requirements for emergency leave for the current school year pursuant to SB 177 as related to the COVID-19 in-person school closure

4.B.4.  Approve Procedure 03.1236 AP. 1 Request for COVID-19 Emergency Leave (Certified) as related to amendments to Board Policy 03.1236

4.B.5. Approve Procedure 03.2236 AP. 1 Request for COVID-19 Emergency Leave (Classified) as related to amendments to Board Policy 03.2236
