CRIMINALOFFENSES OCCURRED FROM NOVEMBER 2017 TO AUGUST 2018

OCTOBER 14, 2019 – written by WADE QUEEN

KIDDIE PORN SUSPECT: DALE ALLEN FRALEY

A Louisa man is facing serious trouble after being indicted by a federal grand jury in Ashland, Ky. on Thursday, October 3, on numerous child pornography charges.

According to the federal indictment; Dale Allen Fraley, 48, of Louisa, was indicted on federal charges of production of visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct using a means interstate commerce, receiving visual depictions of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct using interstate commerce, distribution of visual depictions of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct using interstate commerce, and possession of a matter containing visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct which had been transported in interstate commerce.

The indictment alleges that Dale Allen Fraley “employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced” two minors to “engage in sexually complicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions of that conduct, knowing and having reason to know that such visual depictions would be transmitted using a means or facility of interstate commerce” from November 1, 2017, through  March 31, 2018, according to the indictment.

Also on those dates and  from March, 31, 2018, through August 31, 2018, Dale Allen Fraley received a visual depiction of the minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct,, the federal indictment said

Dale Allen Fraley, also distributed the matter involving one of the minors from November 1, 2017, through  March 31, 2018.

The federal indictment further adds that from March 31, 2018, through August 31, 2018, Dale Allen Fraley had the minors engage in sexually explicit conduct for the “purpose of producing visual depictions of that conduct, knowing and having reason to know that such visual depictions would be produced or transmitted using materials that had been mailed, shipped, or transmitted in or affecting interstate or foreign  commerce by any mean, including by computer”.

Dale Allen Fraley also possessed “a video containing visual depictions that had been transported in and affecting interstate and foreign commerce, and the production of said visual depictions involved the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct,” the indictment stated.

The federal indictment also seeks for Dale Allen Fraley to forfeit to the federal government three computers and all software and peripherals contained on or associated with them.

No trial date has been tentatively set for the child pornography case against Dale Allen Fraley.

The Levisa Lazer will keep watch and will report on any further updates in regards to this federal criminal case.

I’m sickened by this! I would also recommend that you not refer to his crimes as “kiddie porn”. Maybe I’m hypersensitive, but the use of that term makes it seem as if this horrific crime is somehow not so bad, or small. I would ask that you reconsider the “tease” used for this particular story. It’s a serious, disgusting crime and, if truly guilty, I hope he never sees the light of day again.

Debi, with a federal indictment he stands a better chance of serious time. The major problem in the state, and sometimes federal is they have to protect these perverts from the general population. That costs big money! That’s why so many of them get less than what anyone (myself included) think they deserve. I hope he gets ALL he deserves, but we’ll have to wait and see?
