HERE ARE THE NAMES & CHARGES OF THE LATEST 30 PEOPLE (TWENTY-SEVEN OFFENDERS, 3 ‘WEEKENDERS’) ARRESTED IN MARTIN COUNTY, OR ANY MARTIN COUNTY CITIZENS ARRESTED BY A POLICE AGENCY IN NEIGHBORING JURISDICTIONS:

Roy K. Goble, 44, of Debord, Kentucky; was arrested on September 29, 2019, at 10:18 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

Corey Copley, 27, of Lomansville, Kentucky; was arrested on September 30,2019, at 12:12 A.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE-1ST & 2ND OFFENSES.

Joshua Lee Davis, 23, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on September 30, 2019, at 12:22 A.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department,and was charged with:

• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSES).

Colby C Maynard, 32 of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 30, 2019 at 7:29 A.M., by an officer of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE).

Frankie L. Maynard, 43, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on September 30, 2019, at 11:51 A.M., by deputy McCoy, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE.

 

Patricia Ann King-Swanson, 43, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, Ky,.on September 30, 2019, at 8:08 P.M., by a deputy of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS,

• POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.

Eddie Maynard, 55, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019, at 11:48 A.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

Joseph Copley, 25, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019, at 4:21 P.M.,by deputy D. Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Adam A. Maynard, 35, of Hite, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019, at 5:55 P.M., by deputy Steadman,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Joshua Lee Davis,23, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019,at 7:58 P.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY).

Corey Copley, 27, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019, at 7:58 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

John M. Stevens, 38, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019, at 10:08 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSES).

Sherry A. Horn, 42, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019, at 10:15 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Sinead A. McGinnis, 28, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 1, 2019, at 10:21 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Brett Todd Preece, 45, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 2, 2019, at 12:05 A.M., by chief deputy Aaron Blevins, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• DRIVING DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE – 2ND OFFENSE,

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 3RD OFFENSE,

• FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS,

• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT,

• FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD.

 

Rachel L. McKinney, 31, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 2,2019, at 8:12 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• NO OPERATORS=MOPED LICENSE.

Mary E. Jude, 41, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on October 2, 2019, at 8:34 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/ POSSESS,

• POSSESSION CONT SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.

 

Arthur C. Hale, 40, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on October 2, 2019, at 9:01 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department,and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).

 

Steven R. Davis, 36, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 3, 2019, at 11:19 A.M., in the Martin County Court, by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Mary Lou Setser, 48 of Tomahawk,Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, Ky,.on October 3, 2019, at 1:50 P.M., by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.

Paul M. Johnson,36, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on October 3,2019,at 4:16 P.M.,by deputy McCoy, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

Veronica Jones, 25, of Flat Gap, Kentucky; was arrested on October 3, 2019, at 4:58 P.M., by deputy Holbrook, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Shane N. Ward, 25, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 3,2019,at 4:58 P.M.,by deputy Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Jackie Blackburn, 54, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 3, 2019, at 9:10 P.M., by trooper Dustin Thompson, of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville,Ky.,and was charged with:

• ASSAULT 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY),

• MENACING.

Dennis Maynard, 34, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on October 3,2019,at 9:11 P.M.,by deputy Aaron Blevins,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY).

Alvin W. Johnson, 34, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 4, 2019, at 2:50 P.M., by deputy W. Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

John H. Jude, 50, of Debord, Kentucky; was arrested on October 4, 2019, at 5:23 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

    John henry jude awill be back on the street as less then 8 hours hes the biggest rat in martin county and people just keep messing with him watch what happens and him with meth he will walk free with all the rats in inez and dont say anything about him getting hit with a PFO and look how many time just this year this rat has been cought for felony charges and walks free and there is video and audio of him him making buys from people I am sure the vidow will be showing up i will make sure of that
