Jason F. Kelly, 41, of Martha, Kentucky; was arrested on January 11, 2016 at 11:15 P.M. by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ESCAPE 2ND DEGREE-(IDENTIFY FACILITY), • TAMPERING W/PRISONER MONITORING DEVICE, • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (ON FOOT), • RESISTING ARREST
Alexis Carter, 25, of Louisa, was arrested on January 12, 2016 at 11:44 A.M. by patrolman officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (DRUG UNSPECIFIED), • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION.
Brian Maynard, 46, of Louisa, was arrested on January 12, 2016 at 11:05 P.M. by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).
Jesse F, Caudill, 31, of Louisa, was taken into custody on January 13, 2016 at 2:56 P.M. by the Lawrence County Court, and was charged with: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/ SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Amber Fleming, 40, of Morris, Tennessee; was arrested on January 13, 2016 at 5:08 P.M. by trooper Craig Morella of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT, • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY)
Tonetta J. Stepp, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on January 13, 2016 at 11:27 P.M. by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Michael P McCormick, 54, of Louisa, was arrested on January 14, 2016 at 2:06 P.M. by deputy Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED.
Martin T. Miller, 58, of Louisa, was arrested on January 14, 2016 at 7:07 P.M. by a deputy with the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.
Shawn A. Fitzpatrick, 20, of Louisa, was arrested on January 15, 2016 at 1:31 A.M. by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Kaitlin Riner, 41, of Louisa, was arrested on January 15, 2016 at 4:37 P.M. by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.
