Elsie Bowen, age 50, of Fort Gay, WV passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Three Rivers Medical Center.
Ms. Bowen was born May 24, 1965 in South Williamson, WV. She is the daughter of the late Ermil Hinkle and the late Shelvia Jackson.
She is survived by two sons: Shawn Hinkle of Wayne, WV, Jack Junior Bowen of Painstsville, Ky; three sisters: Connie Hinkle, Loretta Mills, Mary Hinkle, one brother: William Ray Hinkle; half-sister, Amy Berry.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm on Friday, November 27 at Yatesville Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Richard Maynard officiating.
