Janet Rebecca Richards, age 68, of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 at The Jordan Center in Louisa, KY. Mrs. Richards was born February 13, 1947 in Louisa, KY. She is the daughter of the late Ray and the late Elizabeth (Blankenship) Ferguson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Arthur Richards and one son, Marty James.
She is survived by one sister: Linda Rae Burke of Louisa, KY; two nieces, Susan Little and husband Steve of Louisa, KY and Cari Bradley and husband Thomas of Georgetown , KY; one grandson, Hunter Vaughan James, and one great-granddaughter, Lynden Taylor James.
She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church, Louisa, KY
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 17 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Price officiating.
Friends may call prior to the funeral Tuesday, November 17 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Wilson Funeral.
