OUTSIDE COUNTY LINES…
Five Lawrence County residents were arrested on separate charges in areas outside of Lawrence County between October 5 and October 15.
Three were picked up in Johnson County, one in Rowan County, and the fifth was detained in Johnson County by a state parole/probation official.
The five people who were charged:
Amy M. Cornette, 31, of Louisa, was arrested on October 5, 2015, at 2:43 P.M., by deputy Terry Tussy of the Johnson County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER $10,000.
Amy R. Gantt, 26, of Louisa, was arrested on October 5, 2015, at 1:52 P.M. by deputy Richard Salyer of the Johnson County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY)
Shelby Barnett, 24, of Lomansville, Kentucky, was arrested on October 8, 2015, at 4:43 P.M., by an officer from the Kentucky Department of Corrections – Probation & Parole, and was charged with: • PAROLE VIOLATION (FOR TECHNICAL VIOLATION).
Angela L. Webb, 43, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on October 14, 2015, at 5:43 P.M., by trooper Royce Collett of the Kentucky State Police POST 8 Morehead, and was charged with: • (4) SERVING BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.
Joshua Lee Ratliff, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on October 15, 2015, at 3:00 P.M.; by troopers from the Kentucky State Police POST 9 Pikeville, and was charged • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Ratliff was arrested earlier this month on October 1 by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department on 3 charges, one of which was possession of the potent illegal street narcotic drug heroin. (SEE PREVIOUS LAZER REPORT)
