Couple nabbed while stealing items from big rigs
25 year old woman caught with accessories and drug gadgets

Louisa, KY — Sherece N. Baldwin, 25, Louisa, KY, was arrested Oct. 14 at Valero station, 9 miles south of Louisa, and charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking/Shoplifting under $500, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, and 3rd Degree.
According to the sheriff’s report, Deputy Mark Wheeler responded to a call at Valero in reference to a shoplifter. The above subject had used a large purse to put multiple phone cases, necklaces, and keychains, total $158.70. Baldwin also had in her vehicle a small zippered pouch containing a key fob with three light blue pills, part of Suboxone strip in cellophane wrapper, cigarette filters, 7 syringes, and cut straw. Subject did not give any trouble (deputy note).
Misty Ann Borders, 34, Louisa, KY, was arrested Oct. 22 on U.S.Hwy. 23, 13 miles south of Louisa, and charged with Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree and Theft By Unlawful Taking–Parts From Vehicle $500 or more, under $10,000.
According to the police report, Deputy Mack Wilhite responded to the above address in reference to a call of two people on the property taking things out of parked work trucks (tractor trailers). Upon arrival, the above subject was in passenger seat of said vehicle. In the bed of the truck were two 30 gallon barrels full of diesel fuel, four tractor truck batteries, a small gas can, small tool box and a green hose.
John England Lester, 26, Louisa, KY, was arrested Oct. 22, on U.S. Hwy. 23, 13 miles south of Louisa, and charge with Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition–Parts From Vehicle $500 or more under $10,000.
According to the police report, Deputy Mack Wilhite responded to the above location in reference of two people on the property taking things from a parked tractor trailers. Upon arrival, Lester was entering a metal building and had dropped a crowbar on the ground and ran inside. In his vehicle vehicle were four tractor trailer batteries, two 30-gallon barrels full of diesel fuel, a small gas can, small tool box, and a green hose.
Terry Craig Edward, 37, Ft. Gay, WV, was arrested Oct. 16 on 2565 and Rt. 32, one Mike south of Louisa and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Prescription not in original container.
According to the sheriff’s report, the above subject was stopped on a no seatbelt violation. When he consented to empty his pockets, he advised that he was hiding Suboxone in his wallet. He had Suboxone strip in his wallet dated for 7-25-15, that was not in original container and did not belong to him. He advised it was wife’s but he takes them, too.
