Sept. 29-Oct. 9, 2015
Travis Hylton, 35, was arrested Sept. 29 on Isaac Park Road, two miles west of Louisa, and was served a parole violation warrant in a prior case. Arresting officer: Mason Keefer.
Joshua Lee Ratliff, 32, was arrested Oct. 1 on Hwy. 2565, one mile south of Louisa and charged with Expired Temporary Plate, Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Heroin).
According to the police report, the subject’s vehicle was stopped for expired temporary plate. Upon consent to search, a small baggy was located with powder substance, which Ratliff identified to be Heroin, and also gave up a syringe. Subject was cooperative. Arresting officer–Deputy Mark Wheeler.
Leslie Scott Triplett, 40, Louisa, KY was arrested Oct. 11 inside the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, 26 miles south of Louisa, and served a bench warrant in a Boyd County case. Bond was set at $1,500. Arresting officer, Deputy Mark Wheeler.
Randall D. Donta II, 25, Ashland, KY, was arrested Oct. 10 at the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office in the city limits of Louisa and served an indictment. Bond set at $15,000. Arresting officer, Deputy Mark Wheeler.
Lincoln P. Nutter, 30, Louisa, KY, was arrested Oct. 9 on Rt. 3, 1 mile north of Louisa and charged with Driving DUI Suspended License.
According to the police report, Sgt. Chuck Jackson responded to a call at the above location and the subject told him that he and his friend was driving his car and wrecked by hitting a utility pole. He advised that his friend of whom he did not remember his last name, took off to the tree line. Nutter had blood on his lips and teeth, had what appeared to be seatbelt marks on his left side. Only the driver’s airbag was deployed, and only the driver’s side seatbelt was locked into position. Sgt. Jackson gave Mr. Nutter a sobriety test which he failed.
Johnathan E. Lester, 26, Louisa, KY, was arrested Oct. 9, at the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office in the city limits of Louisa, and served an indictment. Bond was set at $5,000. Arresting officer, Deputy Michael Wheeler.
Travis A. Cordle, 26, Louisa, KY, was arrested Oct. 9, at the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office in the city limits of Louisa, and served an indictment. Bond set at $ 15,000. Subject turned himself in. Arresting officer, Deputy Mark Wheeler.
David R. Gietzen, 25, Louisa, KY, was arrested Oct. 9, at the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office in the city limits of Louisa and served an indictment. Bond set at $10,000. Subject turned himself in. Arresting officer, Deputy Mark Wheeler.
