Nannie Marie Rigsby
1925 – 2015
Nannie Marie Rigsby 90 of Blaine, KY passed away Tuesday August 18, 2015 at Marion, Ohio following a brief illness.
Nannie was born March 5, 1925 at Morgan County Kentucky, the daughter of the late Forest Lee and Rinda Cox Pelfrey. She was a homemaker and member of the Christian Union Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Hobart Rigsby who died in 1988, three sons; Roger Rigsby, Hobart Rigsby Jr. and David Rigsby, a daughter Brenda Lewis; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include three daughters Linda Lewis and Judy Mason both of Marion, Ohio and Laura Keeton of Blaine, KY, a son Mike Rigsby of Winchester, KY; three sisters Gladys Wells of Olive Hill, KY, Thelma Sparks of Ohio, and Betty Wheeler of Grove City, Ohio; a brother Forest Pelfrey of Staffordsville, KY, 19 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday Aug. 22 at 11:00 am at the Elizabeth Church Martha, KY with Bro. Beull Webb officiating. Burial will follow in the Rigsby Cemetery at Blaine, KY.
Friends may visit the family from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Friday at the Elizabeth Church.
