Louisa, KY — The case of Aaron Ulhmann, a man from Webbville, convicted on multiple charges including murder of his wife in a domestic incident occurring last year was presented for final sentencing last week.
Aaron Uhlmann, 45, was sentenced and a judgement was signed by Circuit Judge, John David Preston. Uhlmann received 20 years for Kidnapping -Adult, 20 years for Robbery 1st Degree, 25 years for Kidnapping-Victim Death, and 25 years for Murder-Domestic Violence. Sentences to run concurrent with a total of 600 days jail credit was applied.
Clarence Childers, 45, was scheduled for trial on Feb. 8, 2016 on charges of Assault 1st Degree and Persistent Felony Offender. Defendant is to report to court on Dec. 11.
Kathy Childers, 37, was sentenced to 5 years supervised pre-trial diversion, 5 years in home rehabilitation on charge of Complicity Manufacture Meth, with 150 days jail credit.
Kelly Kasey Collins, 38, pled guilty to charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking Or Disposition Auto and sentenced to 1 year diversion, 2 years and other conditions. The charge of Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed. Final sentencing Sept. 11.
Kenneth Gauze, 29, was sentenced to 2 years for Complicity Manufacture Meth and 1 year for Bail Jumping 1st Degree. Sentences to run consecutive to one another with 169 days jail credit applied.
Gene A. Pack Jr, 40 was arraigned on charge of Flagrant Non-Support. Pre-trial conference Sept. 11.
Michael Ratliff, 32, pled guilty and was sentenced to 5 years probation supervised, 5 years and other conditions on charge of Criminal Possession Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. The charge of Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed. Final sentencing Sept. 11.
Larry R. Salyer, 51, was scheduled for trial on Feb. 16, 2016 on Complicity Manufacture Meth, Complicity controlled Substance 1st Degree, (3) counts Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree-Police Officer, Complicity Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possession, and Controlled Substance Prescription Not in Original Container.
Defendant is to report to court Jan. 8, 2016.
Ronnie Brett Shannon, 20, was sentenced to 3 years unsupervised pre-trial diversion, 5 years and complete drug court on charge of Trafficking Controlled Substance Within 1000 Feet of School.
William Stevens, 27, was arraigned on charges of Receiving Stolen Property (2) counts. Pre-trial conference Sept. 11. Defendant was scheduled for trial on Feb. 23, 2016 on charges of Receiving Stolen Property, and is to report to court Jan. 8.
Johnathan M. Young, 37, was sentenced to 11 years for Complicity Manufacture Meth, 5 years for Tampering With Physical Evidence, 12 months for Complicity Drug Paraphernalia But/Possession. The charge of Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed. Sentences to run con concurrent. A total of 259 days jail credit was applied.
