Peggy Laney Priode

Peggy Laney Priode, 79, of Louisa, KY went to be with the Lord surrounded by her loving family on Monday August 17, 2015 following a long illness.
Peggy was born January 2, 1936 at Louisa, KY the daughter of the late Sam Laney Sr. and Lula Skaggs Laney. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers Herbert Laney and Sam Laney Jr., and a sister Kathleen Branham.
Survivors include her loving husband Jack Priode Sr.; a daughter Bev Stephens and her significant other, Jim Bailey of Flatwoods, KY, a son, Jackie Priode and wife Deloris of Wittensville, KY, two grandchildren Brent Pack and wife Allison, and Kayla Powell and husband Johnathan; a great grandson Jaxon Borders, six brothers; Jim Laney, Robert Laney, Mack Laney, Bill Laney, Larry Laney, and David Laney.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Friday Aug. 21 at 2:00 pm at the Laney Cemetery with Rev. Rick May officiating. Burial will follow in the Laney Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family on Thursday Aug. 20 after 5:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
