General surgeon treats patients with minimally invasive surgical proedures
Louisa, KY (August 13, 2015) – Three Rivers Medical Center welcomes Luisangel A. Rondon, MD, board-certified surgeon to its staff. Dr. Rondon is a part of Three Rivers Surgical Associates. Appointments are often available at Three Rivers Medical Plaza, Suite 203.
Dr. Rondon is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal conditions. He specializes in general and laparoscopic surgery including gallbladder removal, appendectomy, hernia repair, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and bowel surgery. He is also experienced in thyroid disorders as well as treating patients with minor foot disorders such as ingrown toenails.
Dr. Rondon earned his medical degree from Escuela Luis Razetti at the Central University of Venezuela. He completed two general surgery residencies at the Medical University of Graz in Austria and at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, MI. He then completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Rondon is board certified in general surgery.
