Lawrence County Service for Ratliff scheduled:
For the friends and family of Phillip Ratliff that would like to celebrate his life and legacy, the Ratliff family is holding a memorial service at Lawrence County High School on Sat. Aug. 22 at 12:00 pm.
Viewing will be on Friday, Aug. 14 will be 6:00-9:00 pm at University Hills Baptist Church, 1500 Souther Rd., Charlotte, NC.
Funeral will be Sat. Aug. 15, 2:30 pm at the church. A celebration of his life will be held at the University of Charlotte in the campus gymnasium at 6:00 pm.
