Melissa Hutchinson, PharmD Selected as ‘Employee of the Quarter’
Melissa Hutchinson, PharmD, of Pharmacy Department was selected as the Employee of the Quarter of Three Rivers Medical Center. The announcement was made during the recent Employee Recognition Reception by our Chief Executive Officer Greg A. Kiser.
Hutchinson is a Clinical Pharmacist and has been with the hospital since November 14, 2007. She was acknowledged by management and her co-workers for exhibiting outstanding performances in DSCN1536 (2) her role with Pharmacy Services for going the extra mile in exhibiting outstanding care and services for the patients who come to the hospital for their healthcare needs. She is the epitome of what it takes to be a “high performer” with TRMC. She always finds a way to make the most difficult day 
enjoyable through her laughter and good wit. Hutchinson will leave no stone unturned until she has the answer that the physician, nurse, therapist or dietitian needs to appropriately care for the patient. She is a team player and serves as the safety coach in looking for ways to make TRMC a safer place to work, expressed Victor Swinney, PharmD, Pharmacy Director.
Hutchinson, who resides in the Louisa area with her husband Duke will receive a complimentary dinner for two recognizing her with the distinction as Employee of the Quarter. She is also a recipient of a monetary award as a token of appreciation for her exemplary service for this deserving recognition.
She along with the other Employee of the Quarter recipients that will be selected during the year will be considered for the honor of Employee of the Year. Congratulations to Melissa Hutchinson for exhibiting outstanding qualities of service as TRMC’s Employee of the Quarter!
