Lawrence County Sheriff’s Report
Timothy Francis Larve, Andrews, NC, 50, was arrested on August 6, 2015, in Lawrence County, six miles south of Louisa at APCO on U..S. 23, and charged with DUI.
According to the arrest report, Larve was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Officer responded to complaint that the subject was traveling north bound in the south bound lane. Officer observed subject matching the vehicle on side of the road and approached the vehicle, observing that the driver was passed out with a lit cigarette and cell phone in his hand. Subject did not respond until officer rapped the door of the car loudly and asked him to step out of the car. Subject appeared lethargic and unsteady, and agreed to sobriety test, but could not hold leg up, one leg stance, could not walk straight line, stepped on his own feet, used arms for balance and walked leaning to the right. Larve stated that he was driving to Huntington and had the vehicle running when officer made contact. He also stated that he took Oxy and Lorazepam. Arresting officer, Chuck Jackson.
Judy Price, 27, Louisa, KY, was arrested on August 4, 2015, on Three D Road, eight miles north of Louisa, and charged with Flagrant Non-Support. Arresting officer, Mason Keefer.
Earnest Thompson, Louisa, KY, was arrested On August 4, 2015, on Hwy. 1690, 14 miles south of Louisa, and charged with Assault 2nd Degree Domestic Violence.
According to the arrest report, Thompson was involved in an altercation with his father. He struck his father with a board which had a nail sticking out of it. His father suffered a puncture wound from the nail above his knee but declined EMS. The nail appeared to be rusty. Arresting officer, Mason Keefer.
Joshua B. Pack, 30, Louisa, KY, was arrested on August 6, 2015 on Route 3, north of Louisa and charged with No Registration, Failure to Maintain Required Insurance, Failure to Register Transfer of Motor Vehicle, Possession of Open Alcoholic Container in Motor Vehicle, Trafficking Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substance.
According to the arrest report, Officer Mason Keefer stopped Pack on Rt. 3. Vehicle did not have a tag or registration. Upon contact, the driver said he did not have tags or insurance. An open Bud Light beer was found under the passenger seat. Pack had purchased the vehicle on June 1, 2015 and had not registered it. Subject had constricted pupils and was asked to step out of the vehicle. He stated he had taken Suboxone earlier in the day and consented to a search of the vehicle. His wallet contained two sealed and one open Suboxone package. The open package contained approximately 1/2 strip. Pack admitted to buying it from someone but would not say who sold it to him. The identification number on the Suboxone matched the identification number on the Suboxone that Pack identified as his. The passenger stated he paid $20 for the Suboxone. Pack had $20 in his pocket and no other money on his person. Pack identified the Suboxone as his prescription.
Kevin L. Pack, 50, Louisa, KY, was arrested on August 6, 2015, and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
According to the arrest report, Pack was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped. He consented to a search of his person, he had a Suboxone strip in his wallet. Pack admitted it was not his. He stated he was not prescribed Suboxone. Arresting officer, Mason Keefer.
Arrests from August 5, 2015 report
Kizer D. Sanderson, 24, was arrested July 26, 2015, four miles north of Louisa and charged with Asault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) minor injury and Contempt of Court–Libel/Slander, resistance to officer. Subject was served a bench warrant, Deputy Mack Wilhite, arresting officer.
On a separate citation, Sanderson was arrested and charged with Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License and Failure of Non-Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance.
Jack Bowen Jr., 26, was arrested July 27, 2015, 28 miles south of Louisa in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center as a fugitive from another state. A warrant was served on the subject for a WV Parole Violation.
According to the arrest report, Bowen was located in KY and has a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) entry as a wanted subject out of WV.
West Virginia documents verified he was wanted and they would extradite.
