Offutt Howard Jr., 59, of Louisa, Ky. passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
He was born April 21, 1956 in Louisa, Ky. a son of the late Offutt and Belva Moore Howard. He attended Bethel Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, James Everett, Bennie and Wilson Howard; two sisters, Shirley and Betty Howard.
Survivors include, his loving wife, Pauline Thompson Howard of Louisa, Ky.; two sons, Orville and Daniel Howard of Louisa, Ky.; Brother, Glen (Gina) Howard of Lowmansville, Ky.; four sisters, Wanda (Charles) McKinster of Louisa, Ky.; Martha (Jay) Thompson of Louisa, Ky.; Mexie Thompson of Louisa, Ky.; Fannie Triplett of Dorton, Ky,; Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 am Monday, August 10, 2015 at Spencer Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Howard Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 2:00 pm Sunday at Spencer Freewill Baptist Church.
