Jess McCoy Jr. 81, of Louisa, Ky. passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 at The Jordan Center in Louisa, Ky.
He was born January 19, 1934 in Peter Creek, Ky. a son of the late Jess and Carmie Debord McCoy. He was a retired carpenter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Lossie Debord and Ruth McCoy
Survivors include his loving wife, Clista K. McCoy of Louisa, Ky.; two daughters, Judy Dalton of Louisa, Ky.; Josephine Spurlock of Catlettsburg, Ky.; two sisters, Phoebe Grimm of Louisa, Ky,; Diane Thompson of Paintsville, Ky.; one brother, John McCoy of Detroit, MI; 6 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Young Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Childers officiating. Burial will follow at the Thompson Cemetery, Louisa, Ky.
Visitation will be 5:00 til 9:00 PM Tuesday at Young Funeral Home.
