Adventure Weekend for Kentucky women cancer survivors
Kentucky First Lady Jane Beshear and the Kentucky Cancer Program invite women cancer survivors to an Adventure Weekend retreat at Carter Caves State Park, August 28th through the 30th.
Women who have experienced any type of cancer and who have completed their treatment for at least six months are eligible.
The event is designed to re-energize women as they move beyond cancer to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors and to embrace life. The fun packed weekend will feature massages, wonderful meals, entertainment, park activities, door prizes and Horses & Hope souvenirs.
The $50 registration includes all lodging, meals and activities; free scholarships are available.
