July Indictments
Five indicted on Flagrant Non-Support charges….totaling $129,912.55
The Lawrence County Grand Jury met last week, and handed down the following indictments involving drug related charges, fraud, and flagrant non-support.
Sandra F. Bowen, 54, Louisa, KY, was indicted on charges of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree/Complicity and Knowlingly/Fraudulent Use of ID Card or Electronic Code for Benefits/Complicity.
According to the indictment, on or about May 13, 2015, Sandra Bowen acted alone or in complicity with Chad Stepp and Shelly Collins by knowingly and unlawfully trafficking or being in possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Oxycodone.
Chad A. Stepp, 30, Louisa, KY, was indicted on Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree/Complicity (2 counts–different doses), Knowingly/Fraudulent Use of ID Card or Electronic Code For Benefits (2 counts), Possession /Use Drug Paraphernalia/Complicity, Possession of Marijuana/Complicity, and Persistent Felony Offender.
According to the indictment, on or about May 13, 2015, Chad A. Estepp acted alone or in complicity with with Shelly Collins and Sandra Bowen knowingly and unlawfully trafficking or being in possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Oxycodone and Suboxone, also intent to defraud, use a counterfeit, or possess a medical ID card, food stamp card or food stamp ID card, or the unique electronic ID codes or numbers in any manner not authorized by law (2 counts), being in possession of baggies, syringes and altered spoons, possession of Marijuana. Defendant is considered a persistent felony offender due to being convicted to a prior felony.
Shelly A. Collins, 27, Louisa, KY, was indicted on charges of on Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree/Complicity (2 counts–different doses), Knowingly/Fraudulent Use of ID Card or Electronic Code For Benefits (6 counts), Possession/Use of Drug Paraphernalia/Complicity, Possession of Marijuana/Complicity, and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree.
According to the indictment, on or about May 13, 2015, Shelly Collins alone or in complicity with Chad Estep and Sandra Bowen by knowingly and unlawfully trafficking or being in possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Oxycodone and Suboxone, also intent to defraud, use a counterfeit, or possess a medical ID card, food stamp card or food stamp ID card, or the unique electronic ID codes or numbers in any manner not authorized by law (6 counts), possession of Marijuana. Defendant is considered a persistent felony offender due to being convicted of a prior felony.
Gene A. Pack Jr., 40, Ulysses, KY, was indicted on charge of Flagrant Non-Support. According to the indictment, on or about February 26, 2007 through May 31, 2015, Gene A. Pack Jr. Failed to pay child support to Jessica Hamilton as court ordered with a total exceeding $4,667.94.
Dwight G. Bowers Jr., 44, Louisa, KY, was indicted on charge of Flagrant Non-Support. According to the indictment, on or about September 16, 2009 through May 31, 2015, Dwight G. Bowers failed to pay child support to Angela Bowers as court ordered with a total exceeding $11,342.75.
Ashley Adkins, 33, Louisa, KY, was indicted on charge of Flagrant Non-Support. According to the indictment, on or before July 1, 2010 through May 31, 2015, Ashley Adkins failed to pay child support to Shani Brown as court orders with an amount exceeding $17,213.25.
Robert M. Locklear, 43, High Ridge, MO, was indicted on charge of Flagrant Non-Support. According to the indictment, on or about Nov. 1, 1998 through May 31, 2015, Robert Locklear failed to pay child support to Madeo McGuire as court ordered with a total amount of $95,191.16.
Anneimika Walters, 28, was indicted on charge of Flagrant Non-Support. According to the indictment, on or about October 1, 2010 through May 31, 2015, Anneimika Walters failed to pay child support to Bradley Gilliam as court ordered with a total exceeding $1,497.45.
