Described as ‘major dealer in Wayne County’

A Fort Gay, West Virginia man that Wayne law enforcement officials called a “major dealer in the county” has been arrested on drug charges.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit, with assistance from the West Virginia.State Police, say they arrested William “Willy” Cook, 53, at his home Monday night.
Cook was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone), Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone and Alprazolam) and Cultivation of Marijuana.
Investigators say they seized Oxycodone, Alprazolam, 15 marijuana plants, drug ledgers and cash.
Police officials also say they received numerous complaints about Cook since August 2014.
