Local gospel group’s video wins
Living Water, a well known gospel group was among the top 10 nominees for three categories of Christian Voice Magazine Gospel Music Fan Awards for Favorite Video last week.
“Key to Heaven” written by Ken Adams and Shona Smith, Favorite Band, and Shona Smith for Female Horizon.
Members of the group attended the Gospel Music Fan Fair Week in Somerset, KY and attended the Awards show on Saturday May 23, 2015.
Band member Shona Smith received the award for Female Horizon.
“We were in service for our Lord among other well known Gospel Artists such as the Singing Cooks, The Freemans and Huntington West Virginia’s own Perry Sisters, Ms. Smith said. “This was humbling and such an honor to be nominated in top 10 and in three categories, but even more so to receive such an honor.
