Sarah DeBoard
1940 – 2015
Sarah DeBoard, 75, of Louisa, KY went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 19, 2015 at her home following a brief illness.
Sarah was born Feb. 16, 1940 at Wayne, WV the daughter of the late Golden and Gertrude Staley Smith. She was homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her loving husband Ed DeBoard; three daughters Ruth (Mike) Meredith and Lisa DeBoard all of Columbus, Ohio, Goldie (Randy) Swinning of Plain City, Ohio; two sons John (Lisa) DeBoard of Louisa, KY and Jason (Michelle) DeBoard of London, Ohio; a brother Bascom Smith of Lavellate, WV; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday May 21 at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Ratliff and Rev. Greg Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in the Myrtle Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may visit on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
