LCHS HALL OF FAME
Louisa, Ky — Hall of Fame Night was recently held at Lawrence Co. High School on Randy Keeton Field where two new members were inducted into a prestigious group.
Tommy Castle and Chandler Shepherd were inducted this year.
The LCHS Bseball Hall of Fame includes the all time winningest Coach, a couple players that went in the MLB Draft and numerous that played college baseball.
“The “Hall of Fame” Ceremony went great with two very deserving guys getting in. Tommy was a accomplished player here and gave fifteen years of service as a coach,” LC Baseball Coach Travis Feltner said. “What more can I say about Chandler. Most accomplished athlete probably in the History of our School.”

Ladies and Gentlemen we’d like to welcome everyone out to Lawrence County High School for a very special night. Tonight we will be honoring 2 brand new inductees into the Lawrence County High School Baseball Hall of Fame class of 2015
To be a part of any Hall of Fame is a great honor and a special token of excellency throughout ones career and lifetime. Hall of Famers demonstrate greatness both on and off the field of play.

Tommy is being inducted as both a player and a coach.
His playing career spans from 1984- 1987
During his career LCHS enjoyed a record of 82-40
- Tommy’s career Batting Average was an astounding .407 including 7 Homeruns and 51 RBIs
- Tommy was a key figure in Lawrence County’s 2nd District Championship in 1986 producing the game winning 2 Run Walk off Double to defeat Ashland Blazer 8-7
- Tommy was a key figure in Lawrence County’s 1st ever Regional Championship Team in 1986 winning the 16th Region
- He was named to the 64th All District Tourney Team in 1986 and 1987
- All 16th Region Tournament Team in 1986
- Ashland Daily Independent All-Area Team in 1987
COACHING HIGHLIGHTS
- Tommy was a member of the coaching staff at LCHS for 15 years 1993-2007
- He was a part of 331 wins
- District Championships in 2002, 2003, 2007
- Region Championships in 1995, 2003
