Large group of Lawrence County students graduating
The Ashland Community and Technical College Commencement Ceremony on May 8 will recognize a record 681 students who had earned a total of nearly 1700 certificates, diplomas and associate degrees.
The graduates from August and December 2014 and the graduation candidates for May and August 2015 represented more than 50 cities and towns in the Tri-State. The students from Lawrence County are listed below by city of residence.

Passport to Retirement Workshop
This workshop at ACTC will cover methods to accumulate and protect retirement savings, develop a retirement income stream, enhance Social Security benefits, make retirement plan distribution decisions, understand retirement plan rollovers and transfers, and protect wealth and pass it to heirs and /or charitable causes.
The workshop is offered two times in May – Tuesday, May 12 and Thursday, May 14, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Roberts Drive Campus. The $55 fee includes a workbook, and participants can bring a spouse or a guest at no additional cost.

Essential Oils Skin Care- Make & Take Class
An Essential Oils class will be held Monday, May 18 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the ACTC Roberts Drive Campus. The emphasis will be on skin care products infused with essential oils, with simple recipes that participants can make to take home.
