Howard “Hardrock” Hardin
1937 – 2015
Howard “Hardrock” Hardin, 77, of Louisa, Ky went to be with the Lord on Friday May 1, 2015 following a brief illness.
Howard was born May 23, 1937 in Lawrence County, the son of the late Floyd and Manda Moore Hardin. He was a former Louisa Carpet Mill employee and a coal truck driver. Howard was also a member of the Chandlersville F&AM 858 lodge and a member of the Oak Grove Church.
Survivors include his loving wife of 50 ½ years Faye McKenzie Hardin, two sons and daughters in law Terry and Donna Hardin and Mark and Tammy Hardin all of Louisa, two grandsons Derek Hardin and Ethan Hardin, a brother Billy Earl Hardin also of Louisa.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday May 4, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Mack Ray Cyrus officiating. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens.
