Beatnik Cowboy Band is as good as any on the road today
Country music legend Rob McNurlin and his Beatnik Cowboy Band will be at the Wayne Community Center on Saturday, May 2, 2015 for a live music concert starting at 7:30 PM.
Covering a career in music of over 40 years, McNurlin has performed all over the world, and with some of the biggest names in the music industry including Johnny Cash, Marty Stuart, and many more. He has several albums covering country, folk, and gospel music. He works with Nashville record producer John Carter Cash. And his Beatnik Cowboy Band is as good as any on the road today.
In addition, McNurlin will be joined that night with up and coming RCEM recording artists “MARLEY” and a local talent from Wayne, Dale Bowen will also be performing.
Tickets for this 3 musical act event are $10 each and available at Rocky Tops Pizza in Wal-Mart Plaza in Wayne, and is being sponsored by: Pioneer Auto and RV Sales, Bakers Towing and Recovery, and Wayne Lumber.
All seating is festival seating with the doors opening at 6:30 on the night of the show.
The event is being brought to the area by the Wayne Community Center in conjunction with River Cities Event Management, with a percentage of the ticket receipts going to the community center as well as concessions.
