Birt arrested second time this month, sixth time since September
Cory Dustin Scaggs, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on April 18, 2015 at 10:38 P.M. by patrolman Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: FAILURE TO ILLUMINATE HEAD LAMPS; NO TAIL LAMPS; FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS; OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 (AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCE) 1ST OFFENSE.
Eric Burton, 21, of Louisa, was arrested on April 18, 2015 at 6:29 P.M. by the Lawrence County Sheriff Office and was charged with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Kathy A. Napier, 44, of Louisa, was arrested on April 19, 2015 at 3:03 A.M. by patrolman Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Heather S. Savage, 38, of Louisa, was taken into custody on April 21, 2015 at 2:53 P.M.by Billy Slone of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with: PAROLE VIOLATION (FOR TECHNICAL VIOLATION).
Brandon Birt, 27, of Webbville, Kentucky, was arrested on April 22, 2015 at 7:24 P.M. by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office and was charged with: NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENSE; CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE; OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.
Krystal D. Branham, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on April 23, 2015 at 1:01 P.M. by Sheriff Garrett Roberts of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office and was charged with: FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED FROM ATTORNEY GENERAL OR GOVERNOR.
Tara N. Lycans, 31, of Louisa, was arrested on April 23, 2015 at 7:24 P.M. by deputy Rodney Lycan of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office and was charged with: SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Kory Veal, 37. of Leander, Kentucky, was arrested on April 23, 2015 at 7:24 P.M. by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office and was charged with: OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE U/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 (AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCE), 2ND OFFENSE; OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATOR LICENSE; POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED; TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.
