1928 – 2015
Harry Nighbert Robinson, 86, of Chattanooga, Tennessee joined his family in heaven on Tuesday, April 21st.
He was preceded in death by his father, Warren Robinson, his mother, Madge Robinson, brothers, Warren Harrison Robinson, Joe Robinson and sisters, Helen Delores “Dee” Garland and Faye Sparks.
Survivors include brother Ballard Robinson (Ohio) and sister Satchie Robinson (Ohio).
Harry was born on November 14, 1928 in Scotsdale, West Virginia but spent most of his life in Zelda, Kentucky. He served 22 years in the United States Air Force which included six tours throughout the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was best known as “Uncle Harry” to all who knew him. He loved golf and woodworking but most of all spending time with his family.
Funeral services were planned for April 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Hamilton Funeral Home with Robbie Holt, senior pastor of North Shore Fellowship officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Friday prior to the service.
