4 arrested in drug bust by city police during midnight traffic stop between courthouse and middle school.
Leonard Brandon Rice, 29, of Louisa, was arrested on March 24, 2015 at 8:52 P.M. by patrol officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: NO REGISTRATION PLATES; FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE; DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSSION; POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (DRUG UNSPECIFIED).
Lora A. Clerihew, 52, of Fort Gay West Virginia, was arrested on March 25, 2015 at 7:57 P.M. by patrol officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE); SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
