A Louisa, Ky man was arrested around sunrise Thursday morning on several charges after being accused of forced criminal sex acts involving an underage child.
Cecil Evans, 29, of Louisa, was arrested March 26 by the Johnson County Sherrif’s Department.
Bond was denied for Evans.
Evans is facing four Felony charges; RAPE, 1ST DEGREE – VICTIM <12 YEARS OF AGE; a Class A felony, SODOMY, 1ST DEGREE – VICTIM <12 YRS OF AGE (2 counts); a Class A Felony, and SEXUAL ABUSE, 1ST DEGREE, VICTIM UNDER/12 YEARS OF AGE; a Class C Felony.
The Rape and Sodomy Charges each carry a sentence of 20-50 years while the Sexual Abuse charge carries a sentence of 5-10 years.
