Building a resume’; fourth arrest in the last six months
On September 17, 2014; Brandon Birt was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department for POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA & BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE.
On October 14, 2014; Birt taken into custody by the Lawrence County Sheriff Departmentafter SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
On January 28, 2015; Brandon Birt. along with his wife Tabitha Birt, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department for BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE.
On March 11, 2015; Birt taken into custody by the Lawrence County Sheriff Departmentafter SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Fire and rescue squads were somewhat busy after responding to 3 accident scenes earlier in the week in Lawrence County.
On Tuesday March 24, just before 5 PM the City of Louisa Fire Department and Netcare Ambulance Lawrence County responded to a two auto vehicle accident at the intersection of KY 32 and US 23, near the overpass, according to Michael Woods, head of the Lawrence County Emergency Management Agency;
Woods stated, 3 to 4 individuals were easily removed from the wrecked vehicles with no one entrap, and all were transported to Three Rivers Medical Center with minor injuries. No names were given by Woods.
A little over 90 minutes later Fallsburg FD and Netcare Ambulance Lawrence County responded to motor vehicle accident with injuries in the 1000 block of KY 1185.According to LCEM agency leader Michael Woods, two females in a single white car crashed after driving off the road. Both received minor injuries and were transported to Three Rivers Medical Center. No names were given by Woods.
On Wednesday March 25, just after 5 PM Netcare Ambulance Lawrence County and the Webbville Fire Department responding to an ATV accident on Diamond Ridge Road.. LCEM head Michael Woods, the male driver received serious injures, and that the emergency agencies on scene requested further assistance, which resulted in the arrival of the Fallsburg Fire Department with mutual aid service for the Webbville Fire Department.
It was then that the call was made for an aeromedical flight to be notified. Healthnet Aeromedical Services Base 7 / KY 9 out Debord, Kentucky in Martin County arrived around 6:30 P.M. and the injured patient was flown to an area hospital.
Woods did not identify the injured ATV driver, but social media messages by family members named him as Brandon Birt, 27, of Webbville, Ky.
They stated that Birt suffered multiple broken bones in his right forearm that required surgery Thursday morning, he also had broken his elbow in his left arm had broken both in the elbow and shoulder area, and also had cracked at least 2 vertebrae in his middle spine.
Birt was released from the hospital Thursday night just before midnight.
Birt had been released from jail only a few days before after being arrested earlier in March, his fourth arrest in the last six months.
