Manuel Williams

Manuel Williams, 87, of Fort Gay, W.V. passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at his home.
He was born July 28, 1927 at Hart’s Creek, W.V. a son of the late Jim and Linda Browning Williams. He was a retired logger. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Williams; brothers, Charlie and Leo Williams; step-sons, Matthew, Melvin, Gilbert, and Leo Thompson.
Survivors include, three daughters, Judith Maynard of Fort Gay, W.V.; Tammy (Donald) Hager of Harts Creek, W.V.; Debbie Vance of North Carolina; step son, Bill Thompson; 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Webb Community Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Thompson Cemetery, Fort Gay, W.V.
Visitation will be after 4:00 pm Saturday at Webb Community Freewill Baptist Church.
