Lloyd Junior Brown, 44, of Louisa was arrested on March 1, 2015 at 12:36 P.M. by Chief Deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED; PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT IN PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE; DOMESTIC ABUSE.
Amber Sparks, 29, of Louisa, was arrested on March 2, 2015 at 10:52 P.M. by Sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Derek Duane Frazier, 29, of Louisa, was arrested on March 2, 2015 at 10:49 P.M. by Sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATING LICENSE; DISREGARDING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE-TRAFFIC LIGHT.
Anna E. Gilpin, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on March 3, 2015 at 2:33 P.M. by patrolman Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATING LICENSE; FAILURE TO SURRENDER REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.
Joseph W. Adkins, 37, of Louisa, was arrested on March 3, 2015 at 11:36 P.M. by patrolman Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS; NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENSE; OPERATING VEHICLE WITH EXPIRED OPERATORS LICENSE.

Donna J. Chapman , 48, of Louisa, was arrested on March 6, 2015 at 10:09 P.M. by trooper Tony Duncan of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: MENACING.
Jess W. Napier, 18, of Louisa, was arrested on March 6, 2015 at 4:11 A.M. by patrolman Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL < 21 YEARS OF AGE; POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONT IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED; REAR LICENSE NOT ILLUMINATED; FAILURE TO OR IMPROPER SIGNAL.

Charles G. Wallace, 49, of Louisa, was arrested on March 8, 2015 at 11:38 P.M.by Billy Lemaster, Lawrence County District 4 Constable. Wallace was charged with FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT.

Lloyd Brown Jr. . 45, of Louisa, Ky was arrested on March 1, 2015 .5 Mile South of Louisa and charged with Domestic Abuse- Duties of Law Enforcement.
Lawrence County Sheriff Deputy Mark Wheeler responded in reference to domestic disturbance. Upon arrival above was extremely irate and yelling, smelled of alcoholic beverage, the arrest report said. Victim reported that above had assaulted her last night and then came back today fighting and assaulted another male at the residence. Victim had scratches and bruises on her face. Said he pulled her hair which all happened last date. Victim said subject also threatened to kill her. Subject was arrested for safety of all involved. Officer felt situation would escalate and someone would get hurt. Subject was also served Bench Warrant. FTP $308 or serve at $50.00 a day in jail.
