….trial date set for man charged with kidnapping and sex related offenses
Louisa, KY — Hope Hundley 
, 28, pled guilty to charges of Complicity Manufacturing Meth and sentenced to 10 years. On the charge of Complicity Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree,
Hundley was sentenced to 3 years, and on the charge of Complicity Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possession, Hundley was sentenced to 12 months. The charge of Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree was dismissed.
Final sentencing March 27.
Larry T. Swinson, 44, was scheduled for trial on August 10, and is to report on June 26. Swinson is charged with 5 counts of Kidnapping of Minor, 3 counts Use of Minor in Sexual Performance, and 5 counts Prohibiting Use of Electronic Commutation System to Procure Minor/Pe Sex Offense.

Jerry Childers, 32, pled not guilty to charges of Complicity Manufacture Meth. Pre-trial conference March 27.

Michael Shawn Cordle, 41, was sentenced to 5 years on Complicity Burglary charge 2nd Degree, and 5 years Complicity Burglary 3rd Degree, with no jail credit. Sentence to run concurrent with a separate case in which Cordle was sentenced to 5 years on a charge of Complicity Receiving Stolen Property, with 198 days jail credit.
Vanessa Dillon, 27, was sentenced to 3 years probation, supervised 3 years and other conditions on a charge of Complicity Theft By Unlawful Taking, and time served (7days),not charge of Operating on Suspended/Revoked License.
Lacy Hall, 26, pled not guilty to charges of Complicity TICS 2nd Degree and Complicity TICS 3rd Degree. Pre-trial conference March 27.
Lori N. Hall, 42, pled not guilty to Complicity TICS 2nd Degree and Complicity TIC 3rd Degree. Pre-trial conference March 27. Final sentencing March 27.
Lester Wellman, 22, pled not guilty to charges of Complicity Manufacture Meth and Persistent Felony Offender. Pre-trial conference March 27.
