**IT WAS MOSTLY A SLOW LAST 11 DAYS IN LAWRENCE COUNTY IN REGARDS TO POLICE ARRESTS, ONLY 9 PEOPLE WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY BETWEEN FEBRUARY 17th TO 28th, WITH SIX OF THOSE ARRESTS HAPPENING IN THE LAST 2 DAYS OF FEBRUARY. THE REMAINING 3 WERE THOSE WHO TURNED THEMSELVES IN TO SERVE “WEEKEND SENTENCES”.

Sheila L Blackburn, 50 of Louisa, was taken into custody by the Lawrence County court on February 20, 2015 at 4:38 PM and was charged with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Deborah K. Fitch, 60, of Louisa, was taken into custody by the Lawrence County Court on February 23, 2015 at 1:08 PM and was charged with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Kyle L. Isaac, 26, of Morganton, North Carolina, was arrested on February 23, 2015 at 4: 31 P.M by deputy Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department and was charged with: FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED
