Burglary, drugs, escape head six grand jury charges
February Indictments
Tommy J. Fletcher, 27, Inez, KY was incited on charges of Burglary 3rd Degree, Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000, Possession of Burglary Tools, Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapon, Illegal Possession of Legal Drug, and Publuc Intoxication.
According to the indictment, on or about November 4, 2014, Tommy J. Fletcher knowingly and unlawfully entered into and remained in a building owned by Walmart Inc. with the intent to commit theft. Defendant was in possession of a 32 inch television, valued at $168, stolen from Walmart of Louisa, a Chevrolet S10 truck valued at $700 stolen from Mr. Scott Richardson of Ashland, KY and a power stroke pressure washer valued at $297 stolen from Walmart of Louisa, KY.
The indictment also states that Defendant was in possession of a tool, instrument adapted, designed or used to commit or facilitate theft or physical taking. Defendant carried a concealed deadly weapon on or about his person, was in illegal possession of a legend non controlled substance; Gabapententin, and was in a public setting manifestly under the influence of prescription controlled substances.
Eric Burton, 22, Webbville, was indicted on charges of Escape 2nd Degree, Tampering With A Prisoner Monitoring Device.
According to the indictment, On or about January 13, 2015, Eric Burton knowingly and unlawfully escaped the custody of Mrs. Kay Grevious, 24th Judicial Circuit Program Coordinator of the Community Corrections Program, by fleeing his residence where he was being monitored by his ankle device, after being placed on home incarceration by the court. Defendant intentionally tampered with, removed or destroyed the device.
Lori Hall, 42, Louisa, KY, was indicted on charges of Trafficking In Controlled Substance 2nd Degree/Complicity and Trafficking In Controlled Substance 3rd Degree/Complicity.
According to the Indictment, on or about July 2, 2014, Lori J. Hall acted alone or in complicity with Lacy Hall Jr. by knowingly and unlawfully trafficking in six dosage units of a schedule III controlled substance Hydrocodone and one dosage unit of Buprenorphine. Defendant also trafficked in alone or in complicity with Lacy J. Hall, seventeen and one half dosage units of schedule IV controlled substance, Clonazepam.
Lacy Hall, 26, Louisa, KY, was indicted on charges of Trafficking In Controlled Substance 2nd Degree/Complicity and Trafficking In Controlled Substance 3rd Degree/Complicity.
According to the indictment, or on about July 2, 2014, Lacy J. Hall acted alone or in complicity with Lori N. Hall, by knowingly and unlawfully trafficking in six dosage units of schedule III controlled substance Hydrocodone and one dosage unit of Buprenorphine. Defendant also trafficked in alone or in complicity with Lori N. Hall, seventeen and one half dosage units of schedule IV controlled substance Clonazepam.
Shannon Jude, 39, Louisa, KY was indicted on charge of Criminal Possession of A Forged Instrument 2nd Degeee (3 counts).
According to the indictment, on or about July 12 through July 14, Shannon Jude knowingly and unlawfully defrauded, deceived or injured another by possessing fraudulent or forged three checks she passed at D&J Tobacco, Louisa, KY in the amount of $462.00, $480.00 and $487.00.
An indictment is not proof of guilt or innocence, but a charge that there is enough evidence to warrant a trial.
