Nathaniel Ryan Lemaster – changed plea to guilty on charge of Receiving Stolen Property and sentenced to 3 years supervised pre-trial diversion, 3 years.
Tara Lycans, 31, pled guilty to charge of Complicity 1st Degree Possession-Cocaine and sentenced to 3 years supervised probation, 5 years and other conditions. On the charge of Complicity Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Lycans was sentenced to 12 months. Final sentencing March 13.
Julius Arthur Marcum, 60, pled not guilty to charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree. Pre-trial Conference March 13.
Kevin Murphy, 20, pled not guilty to charge of Complicity Manufacture Meth. Pre-trial conference March 13.
Robert C. Music, 51, was sentenced to 5 years on charge of Burglary 3rd Degree.
On the charge of Persistent Felony Offender, sentence was enhanced to 5 years, with 249 days jail credit.
On other charges: Theft By Unlawful Taking–Shoplifting-5 years, Assault 3rd Degree-5 years, Fleeing /Evading 1st Degree-5 years, Wanton Endangerment-5 years, 1st Degree Possession Cocaine-3 years, Drug Paraphernalia-12 months, Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence-30 days, Operating On Suspended License-90 days. Failure to Maintain Insurance-90 days, Improper Registration-90 days, No/Expired Registration Plates-90 days, Failure To Register Transfer of Motor Vehicle-12 Months. Sentences to run concurrent but consecutive. The charge of Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree was dismissed. No jail credit.

Frank Spears, pled guilty to 2 counts of Amended Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and was sentenced to 2 years on each charge, to run concurrent. On a separate charge, Spears pled guilty to Bail Jumping and was sentenced to 2 years to run concurrent with other charges.
James C.Taylor, 49, was sentenced to 7 years on Complicity Burglary 2nd Degree.
Sentence was enhanced to 12 years on charge of Persistent Felony Offender, with 211 days jail credit.
