KORY VEAL, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on December 28, 2014 at 8:29 P.M. by patrol officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE U/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFF; POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED; NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT; FAILURE TO NOTIFY ADDRESS CHANGE TO DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION.
MELVIN G. HARMON JR., 24, of Webbville, Ky., was arrested on December 29, 2014 at 2:09 A.M. by patrol officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS; NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT; FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD; OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATOR’S LICENSE; OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE U/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 (AGGRAVATED CIRCUMSTANCE) 3RD OFFENSE.
LOWELL JUSTIN MAYNARD, 26, of Louisa, was arrested December 29, 2014 at 7:25 P.M. after turning himself in to Lawrence County Sheriff Office and was charged with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
GARY L. CHURCH, 52, of Lomansville, Ky., was arrested December 30, 2014 at 12:39 P.M. by the Lawrence County Sheriff Office and was charged with: SERVING (2) BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT
BRIAN D. ROSS, 38, of Louisa, was arrested December 31, 2014 at 9:03 P.M. by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, with assistance from the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).
WENDY D. DEFOE, 23, of Kermit, West Virginia, was arrested on January 2, 2015 at 5:05 P.M. by patrol officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY)
WAYNE A. REYNOLDS, 21, of Louisa, was arrested on January 2, 2015 at 9:19 P.M. by patrol officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISP. SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

WILLIAM M. DAMRON, 71, of Fort Gay, West Virginia, was arrested on January 2, 2015 at 10:32 P.M. by patrol officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
NATHANIEL M. PACK, 31, of Louisa, was arrested on January 3, 2015 at 12:17 A.M. by patrol officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE; THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISP. SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500; ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF LEGEND DRUG; POSSESSION OF CONTROL SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.
Pack was later charged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center with an additional felony charge of:PROMOTING CONTRABAND – 2ND DEGREE.
