"I'm happy for her, her famliy, our school and our program here at Lawrence County. Hopefully Hali's signing will inspire some other volleyball athletes to continue down the same road and work hard or even harder to chase their dream as Hali done hers. In the ten years that I've coached volleyball, Hali is the fourth player that has signed to play at the college level. No matter how good of a coach you are, you have to have athletes to compete or you're not going to go very far."

Hali's senior season on the court saw some impressive numbers on the court and around the net. She had 60 aces, 343 sets/assists, 73 kills, 36 blocks, & 15 digs. Hali will begin the 2013-14 playing on a young Eagles team for the head coach Jolene Watts. Watts' 2012-13 season consisted of 14 players, 10 of those freshman. The Eagles are in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC).

"We are pleased with the addition of Hali to our volleyball program. She is a strong player both offensively and defenseively, and we anticipate great things form her during her volleyball career as an Eagle,"coach Watts said. "I look forward to watching her grow and mature as a collegiate level player. I expect her to be a tremendous asset to our team and look forward to the 2013-2014 season."

"It is a wonderful oppurtunity to get to play for Alice Lloyd and I am blessed to be able to take this chance and further my career to play volleyball," said Adams. "There will be many things I will have to work harder and not show any slack to be able to get a starting position at Alice Lloyd. My goals as a player is to be a leader and gain respect from my fellow temamates and my coaches."
