Dorothy Marie Thompson Hutchinson

1919 - 2011

Dorothy Marie Thompson Hutchinson, 92, formerly of Dennis, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Bourbon Community Hospital in Paris, KY.

She was born, January 18, 1919, in Lawrence County, KY, the daughter of the late Fred and Demonzia Wilson Thompson. She was a homemaker, a member of the Garrett's Chapel Methodist Church, a member of the Homemaker's Club, and she was an avid gardener. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, W. Paul Hutchinson.  She is survived by two daughters, Karen Hutchinson (John) Galloway, of Paris, Ky.; Ruth Hutchinson (James) Blanchester, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 28, 2011, at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashland, Ky.
