Wilford Napier, 66, of Ft. Gay

1945 - 2011

Wilford Napier, 66, of Ft. Gay, W.Va. passed away Friday, Nov. 11, 2011at his home. He was born July 6, 1945 in Jolo, W.Va., a son of the late Elzie and Ella Napier. He was a construction worker for Early Construction Company and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Thelma Lynn Frazier Napier of Ft. Gay, W.Va., two daughters; Terressa Lynne (Roger Dale) Finley, and Lisa Michelle (Dennis Arthur) Ransbottom also of Ft. Gay, W.Va., three sons; Christopher Carl (Sharon) Napier, Jackie Allen (Tammy Sue) Napier, and Able Tosh Napier all of Ft. Gay, W.Va., four sisters; Anna Jean O'Brien and Joyce Marie Wellman, both of Ft. Gay, Janice Branham and Effie Steele both of Louisa, Ky., two brothers; Willis and Wilkie Napier, both also of Ft. Gay, W.Va.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday Nov. 13, 2011 at Young Funeral Chapel with pastor Greg Caudill officiating.Burial will follow at the Napier Cemetery in Ft. Gay under the direction of Young Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Saturday Nov. 12, 2011 at Young Funeral Home in Louisa,Ky.
