Lawrence County Circuit Court Judge John David Preston saw and sentenced several high profile cases on Friday, February 9th.

The Tri State Family Medical Center, LLC was exonerated of liability and all charges were dropped against the medical center, however owners Kevin and Janice Gauze both entered guilty pleas based on the Commonwealth Attorney's offers. Elden Muncy, Jr., 22, was arraigned on 2 counts of Murder and Steven Prater was present facing 20 plus counts of Sexual abuse crimes.

Can someone tell me why they have Muncy on a 50 Thousand Bond 2 counts of Murder should be NO Bond I do not care if he cannot afford the 50 Grand anyways this is a insult.
