There must be more to the offense that "no Fishing License". Really?

Well first off they were charged with possession of controlled substance by the fish and wild life officers, and not having a fishing license is an arrestable violation, as well as the other three ran from the warden, and I believe there's more to the seat belt charge.

This county gets stupider all the time. Don't pick your nose in public. You just might be arrested.

with counties complaining about jail costs why do they take people to jail for no seat belt or no fishing license? Just issue a citation to court. They do this for speeding all the time. Speeding is way more dangerous than having no fishing license.

Are they seriously arresting people for not having a fishing license? I understand if they are under the influence or something more but that one guy was only charged with fishing without a license. What happened to just giving the a citation???
