Ray McCoy, 69 of Genoa WV. was arrested on January 19, 2017, at 7:40 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER $500.
Kenneth L. Fitch, 43, of Blaine, Kentucky; turned himself in January 20, 2017, at 5:24 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a guilty plea weekend jail sentence with: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Jennifer Spence, 33 of Paintsville, Ky. was arrested on January 19, 2017, at 7:40 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER $500.
