Kentucky State Police Investigates Missing Juvenile in Clay County
MANCHESTER, Ky. (April 7, 2026) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 11 in London is actively investigating the disappearance of a Clay County juvenile who has been missing since April 7, 2026, around 6:40 p.m. EDT.
Gracie Smith, 16 years old of Manchester, Ky, was last seen at Jacks Branch Bible Church on Jacks Branch Rd. in Manchester, Ky. She is believed to have been picked up by an unknown individual in a blue passenger car near that location.
Gracie is described as a white female, about 5’4”, weighing around 119 pounds, with hazel eyes, and shoulder-length black hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, a light pink jacket, and pink pajama pants.
The investigation is being led by Trooper Blake Pennington. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Gracie is urged to contact the Kentucky State Police Post 11 in London at 606-878-6622.
